Job Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and conducting contract and price negotiations for small to medium volumes to contribute to the profitability of the company.
  • To ensure the long-term, cost-effective supply of materials.
  • Implementation of alternative procurement sources to minimize stock replacement times, inventory levels and costs.
  • Maintain contracts with interface partners to recognize developments (in market, demand, etc) and exert influence accordingly.
  • Monitoring the national and international market business result to bring new suppliers, product derivatives, and product innovations into the purchasing portfolio.
  • Producing price forecasts and internal figures shared business result to supply basic data for corporate planning (costing data) and reporting
  • Monitoring contractual agreements to prepare renegotiation's, subsequent negotiations, initiate appropriate measures and guarantee supplies.
  • Undertake supplies management to acquire the best suppliers and guarantee an optimum supply chain.
  • Participating in working groups to inform oneself and others about the product/supplier policy and to exert influence accordingly.
Vacancy Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering from reputable university
  • Have minimum 3 years experience in procurement as well as cross-functional experience
  • Have experiences in handling project and have deep knowledge in the procurement process
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Good initiative and result orientation
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to work under time constraints and adapt to change
