Job Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relation and issues
- Manage and engage in employee & industrial relation issues
- Ensure actions to reduce absenteeism are taken
- Provide accurate report on related industrial and employees issues
- Ensure response to specific HR inquiries on day to day HR services are delivered
- Develop & Maintain harmonious relationship with employees, tripartite and related governance institutions
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Law, Psychology, Management, or Human resources
- Minimal 5 year(s) working experiences in Industrial Relation area
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law
- Possess other human resources area are an advantages
- Good leadership & negotiation skills
- Have the ability to give couching or counseling
