LEGAL EXPERT CORPORATE SECRETARY (E-CSC-CMA2)

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal industry analysis study of capital markets in general both domestically and regionally to assess the risks associated with legal problems in the company.
• Formulate the company positioning recommendations from legal perspective associated with the market dynamism and sentiments.
• Drafting periodic regulation reports related to the capital and financial markets progress which have the relevance to the Company.
• Facilitate the legal aspects problems within the preparation process to be a public company or the preparation of bond issuance and initial public offering.
• Evaluate based on legal review of the relevant important information about the company in accordance with the needs related with investors and other provisions that must be met relating to status as a public company.

Vacancy Requirements:

• S1 in Law
• Have a knowledge about capital markets, oil and gas business
• Able to open a relation to the capital market regulator / Bapepam-​​LK
• Able to quickly understand the issues related to the fulfillment status as a public company
• Able to prepare TKO / TKI related to public disclosure compliance
• Have the excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to communicate in English well
• At least 12 years of experience in the field related to business law
• Have experience in aspects of the document preparation to became a public company

ANALYST BRAND STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATE SECRETARY (E-CSC-BMA2)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, analyze and evaluate the activities of brand building
• Disseminate and maintain the consistency of a corporate brand book and corporate identity guidelines on internal and external company, through internal media which aims to enhance the corporate brand equity to support the establishment of the company's image and reputation in the stakeholders sight.
• Develop, implement, analyze and evaluate the socialization of a corporate brand and corporate identity book.
• Develop, implement, analyze and evaluate the implementation of corporate collaterals production including the preparation of annual report layout design concept, Company Profile, greeting cards, working books and calendar.
• Develop, implement, analyze and evaluate the presence of Brand Management Intranet

Vacancy Requirements:

• S1/S2 in Public Relations / Communications
• Have the knowledge and insights in the field of Public Relations.
• Creative and have the knowledge in the field of Graphic Design (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop).
• Have the knowledge and insights in the field of Brand Strategy Development.
• Have a good interpersonal skills and able to coordinate / effective cooperation.
• Have a high analytical thinking capability
• Able to speak English with a TOEFL score> 550
• At least 5 years experience in Public Relations and Creative Design
• Able to communicate well and make a presentations.
• Familiar to create communication materials using Adobe Illustrator applications
