The Supreme Court supervises the judicial bodies in the general courts, religious courts, military courts, administrative courts. Currently Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia open the opportunity for Indonesian Citizen (WNI) who have high integrity and commitment to be a candidate for Civil Servants (CPNS) Class III / A to be appointed as Panitera Pengganti and Jurusita.


Calon Panitera Pengganti (CPP)

• Calon Panitera Pengganti (CPP) General Court and State Administrative, a graduate degree (S-1) Faculty of Law
• Calon Panitera Pengganti (CPP) Religious Courts, a graduate degree (S-1) Faculty of Law Faculty of Sharia or Islamic law controls (ahwal Syakhshyiah, and the School of Comparative Law, Jinayah Siyasa, Mualamah, Legal Studies)

Calon Jurusita (CJS)

• Calon Jurusita (CJS) General Court and State Administrative, a graduate degree (S-1) Faculty of Law
• Calon Jurusita (CJS) Religious Courts, a graduate degree (S-1) Faculty of Law Faculty of Sharia or Islamic law controls (ahwal Syakhshyiah, and the School of Comparative Law, Jinayah Siyasa, Mualamah, Legal Studies)

Vacancy Term & Conditions

• Indonesian citizen who feared God Almighty, faithful, and loyal to Pancasila, 1945, and the Republic of Indonesia.
• Good behavior and never sentenced to imprisonment or confinement based on the decisions of the courts remains unenforceable.
• Never cease to honor the request does not own or is not with respect to PNS / Member TNI / police or termination not with respect to private officials.
  Not rank as CPNS or Civil Service (PNS) and not being bound by the agreement / contract work with other institutions.
• Not married with a foreign nationality or without nationality.
  Healthy body and spirit.
• Ready to be placed throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia and can not file a motion mutation / transfer before have a working period 5 (five) years.
• Cumulative Performance Index (MHI) at least 2.75 (two coma seven five) scale of 4.00 (four commas zero).
• Age at the time of registration up to 35 years per 31 December 2012 (born after 30 November 1977)
