Job Responsibilities:
- Selected candidate will be responsible for implementing and controlling compensation and benefit system in Noodle Head Office or branch
- Hold bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university of any major (Management/ Engineering/ IT/ Psychology/ Accounting), with minimum GPA of 3.0
- Good command in English
- Experienced (at least 2 year as compensation/payroll staff)
- Reliable and having integrity
- Self motivated
- Computer literate (SAP or Excel Program)
- Have a knowledge about Jamsostek, Pph 21, and other similar things about Compensation & Benefit
- Proficient with number or enjoying working with number
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
