ACCOUNTANT (ACC)
Jakarta | Closing Date: 10 Apr 2012

Job Descriptions:

• Carrying out monthly closing to book journal records and accruals SAP, periodic account analysis and reconciliations
• General Accounting, including fixed resource, inter-company accounting and bank transactions
• Procedures Accounting, including volumetric accounting and joint-interest accounting
• Project Accounting, including checking out bills and expenses towards the project, examining costs, planning management report

Vacancy Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Accounting with min. GPA 3.25 in 4.00
• Excellent accounting, analytical and problem fixing abilities
• 1-2 years experienced of Accounting or Audit area are desirable
• Familiar with SAP and Oil & Gas Industry are highly desirable
• Excellent spoken and written communication abilities, in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Driven, self motivated and result oriented
• Strong social abilities and prepared to be a highly effective team player
• Capable of working effectively inside a altering atmosphere and meet tight due dates.

FINANCIAL REPORT ANALYST (FRA)

Job Descriptions:

• Analysis and confirming of monetary and operating results
• Coordination of the business unit's financial and operating forecast
• Developing and giving capital budgets and authorization for costs
• Creating and evaluating financial and operating control systems
• Enhancing financial and accounting processes
• Preparing reports for the Government regulators, e.g. Work, Planning & Budgeting (WP&B), Financial Quarterly Report (FQR), and reviewing with Regulators (BPMIGAS)
