Organizational Dev & Talent Management Head (ODTM-KOM)

Vacancy Requirements:

• Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Human Assets Management/Management /Industrial Engineering
• Min 3 years of practical knowledge with similar position (experience of media industry is going to be a benefit)
• Know about Business Development Activities for example Job Analysis/Job Evaluation according to competency and individuals Development to make organization effectiveness
• Have strong leadership capable to manage team
• Possess a strong understanding about performance management and business process
• Good conceptual & analytical skill with excellent social skill
• Experienced in English

Recruitment Head (REC-KOM) 

Vacancy Requirements:

• Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology
• Min 3 years of practical knowledge with similar position (experience of media industry is going to be a benefit)
• Have in-depth understanding of recruitment process, mental test, capable to make mental report
• Have strong leadership capable to manage team
• Good conceptual, analytical thinking and administrative abilities
• Excellent communication and social skill
• Experienced in English

Reporter (REP-KOM) 

Vacancy Requirements:

• Min Bachelor Degree from all discipline
• Good ability on paper
• Have experience of Journalism is definitely an advantage
• Mastering in English / other language

Editor (ED-KOM) 

Vacancy Requirements:

• Min Bachelor Degree from all discipline
• Min 2 years experience of supervisory and leading team of reporter /editorial officer
• Min 1 year experience being an editor in press media
• Excellent in Bahasa Indonesia (Based to EYD)
• Experienced in English both oral and written
