SYSTEM SPECIALIST (ASP.Net)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, test, and monitor business programs, including matching installing software and systems
  • Make sure that project deliverables meet users’ requirement and anticipation
  • Monitor the company benefit to be able to realize process enhancements
  • Make sure that projects are implemented in compliance to straightforward methodology and stick to the best practice
  • Maintain business production system (programs, connects, workflow, alert, etc.) to aid the supply and continuity of economic operation
  • Monitor the company production system performance to make sure user/client satisfaction
  • Follow-up and resolve user request and problem from assignment to completion
  • Provide business process working as a consultant towards the business customers to be able to look for better business solution
  • Training customers to utilize personal computers and programs
  • Maintain and document accountOragreement regarding IT business programs
  • Perform necessary user account review regarding worker mutation or resignation
  • Ensure new application developed works with the present infrastructure
  • Develop, document and revise system design methods, test methods, and quality standards
  • Determine software applications or hardware needed to setup or alter system, also liaise with system administrator for verification
Vacancy Requirements:
  • Male / Female, more 28 years of age
  • Bachelor degree specialising in Information Management from trustworthy University
  • Minimum 2 year experience of SQL or Microsoft .Internet
  • Experience of Working as a consultant company is going to be advantage
  • Abilities in programming (.Internet, SQL Server) is important
  • Contact with business process understanding (ERP, CRM) is definitely an advantage
  • Self-motivation and initiative, coupled with an analytical mind and logical/firm judgment
  • Good problem fixing abilities
  • Strong knowledge of available and emerging technologies is important

CONTACT CENTER SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and monitor the operational of Contact Center Department in carrying out daily operational activities to be able to attain the agreed degree of Client Satisfaction Index (CSI).
  • Develop engagement process in touch Center Department to be able to fulfill the requirements of company business and customer.
  • Manage and monitor the implementation from the agreed engagement process in order to make sure the implementation is carried out properly and effectively.
  • Liaise with delegate partner to guarantee the availability and capacity of human assets are satisfied, customer database is maintained correctly in order to attain the agreed degree of CSI.
  • Coordinate with all of related department in establishing training programs to help keep Contact Center team up-to-date with all of information to be able to achieve productivity level.
  • Conduct training and counseling session to make contact with Center Team Leader to be able to improve performance and excellence of Contact Center.
  • Review and consolidate all reviews for example Agent Productivity Report, Contact Center performance, promotion calls, client satisfaction survey and operational cost which posted by subordinates to guarantee the achievement of performance and excellence of Contact Center effectively and effectively
  • Review annual department budget according to quality and productivity report, and propose annual plan for contact center development to obtain superior’s approval.
  • Monitor the agreed cost to be able to ensure an efficient and effective utilisation of the allotted budget.
  • Evaluate call management system are accountable to support data for annual budget proposal
  • Create motivation program for Agents and Team Leaders to be able to improve standard productivity and gratification of Contact Center
Vacancy Requirements:
  • S1 all majors
  • Experienced as Supervisor Answering Services Company Or Get in touch with Center minimum 2 years
  • Familiar with controlling 3rd party (delegate)
  • Familiar with using Contact Center application
  • Understand Contact Center Performance Indicator, the measurement and also the implementation system
  • Good in MS Excel & Ms powerpoint
  • Experienced in English
  • Good social and communication skill
