Job Responsibilities:
- To watch & control Food Hygiene System based on company procedure and standard.
- To watch & control food hygiene audit and arrange schedule.
- To follow-up hygiene action plans.
- To conduct internal & exterior classes.
- To coordinate with organizations associated with food hygiene audit.
- Monthly report: hygiene & quality report.
- Candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Microbiology, Master Degree is more suitable.
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of practical knowledge in Food Safety/Food Hygiene.
