Bank BCA was first founded on 21 February 1957 as Bank Central Asia NV. A lot of things have happened since then—the most significant of all being perhaps the Asian monetary crisis in 1997. Although this crisis had a tremendous impact on Indonesia's entire banking system, in particular it affected BCA's cash flow and even threatened its survival. Currently we are inviting you to join BCA in the following positions.

Requirements:

• Education S1 or S2 from leading universities
• Minimum GPA 3.00 (S1) and 3.25 (S2)
• Maximum age 25 years (S1) and 27 years (S2)
• Having a systematic communication
• Highly motivated
• High analytical skill
• Able to work in teams
• Drug free
• Not married and willing to not get married during training
• Willing to be assigned and placed in branches throughout Indonesia
• Willing to undergo bond department after training
• Passed the selection
