• Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
• Gender: Men and Women
• Maximum age of 31 December 2011: Degree (S1) 28 years, Diploma (DIII) 25 years
• Bachelor of Agriculture (Code - TAN)
• Bachelor of Economics: Accounting & Management (Code - EKO)
• Bachelor of Law (Code - Huk)
• Bachelor of Engineering: Environmental Engineering & Industrial Engineering (Code - TEK SI)
• Diploma III: Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (code - TEK DIII)
• GPA minimum 2.75 (PTN / PTS Accreditation A) and 3.00 (other PTS)
• Physically and mentally healthy and not color blind
• Well-behaved
