- Distribution Operator (Code: OPDIS)
- Male, never been married and willing to not get married while education;
- High school (SMU IPA) or vocational school (SMK Teknik) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering;
- Minimum NEM score 7.5;
- Birth year 1991 or thereafter;
- Minimum height 155cm (165cm for TEKDIS/PDKB/TEKTRANS);
- Physically and mentally healthy;
- Capable of not smoking in the Area / PLN working environment;
- Not involved and never involved in crime (evidenced by SKCK submitted at the time of interview);
- Passed all stages of selection
