Job Description:
Assist the HR Manager in the recruitment, retention processes
Conduct pre-screening, interviews and manage on-boarding process
Recruit and source an inventory of qualified and talented candidates
Assist in maintaining HR information System / Manpower Management
Generating reports as required.
Requirements:
Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) in HRM , Management ,Psychology, Accounting, Economy, min GPA>3.0
Good interpersonal skills, good skills, high analytical skills & fast learner
Computer literate in using MS Office
Excellent at giving presentations
